Buy OlyLife Devices: Where, How and What to Check
Where to buy OlyLife devices safely: official store or authorized distributor, how prices and region fees work, delivery, refunds and look-alike warnings.
To buy OlyLife devices safely, use the official OlyLife store or an authorized OlyLife distributor, and nobody else.* Marketplace listings for "P90" devices are often look-alikes, and look-alikes are not OlyLife products. This guide shows where to buy, how prices and fees work, and what to check before you pay.
Where to buy OlyLife devices
There are two safe routes:
- The official OlyLife store. OlyLife runs a global online store, and some countries also have their own regional sites.
- An authorized OlyLife distributor. An independent distributor can guide you through the choice and help you with set-up. This website is run by one, and you pay OlyLife directly on its official checkout.
You do not have to join anything to buy. You can purchase a device as a customer, and the business side is a separate choice you can look at later, or never.
Why look-alike "P90" devices are a risk
Devices sold on online marketplaces under names like "Tera P90" or "P90 Plus" are not OlyLife products, even when they look similar. They are often priced much lower. They can use different parts and settings, and they are not covered by OlyLife's warranty or refund policy. If you are unsure, ask the seller for the official OlyLife product code. A real seller will not mind the question.
How OlyLife prices work in your country
OlyLife's base prices are in US dollars. In countries with an OlyLife office, you see the official local price. Everywhere else you see US dollars, and your local price is confirmed at checkout.
| Product | List price in US dollars |
|---|---|
| Tera-P90 | $1,000 |
| Tera-P90+ | $1,500 |
Prices were checked on Oct 19, 2026 and can change. OlyLife also adds a region fee at checkout to cover shipping and tax. It runs from 0% to 15% depending on your region, and it is shown apart from the device price so you can see both numbers.
Which countries can buy
OlyLife has offices in 5 countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong. In other countries, customers buy through independent distributors and OlyLife's global online store. Some products are sold only in certain countries. Direct-selling rules differ from place to place, so availability can vary.
The easiest way to find out what applies to you is to pick your country on the where to buy page. It shows your price, any region fee and what is available.
Delivery, refunds and payment
Here is what OlyLife's official policies say:
- Delivery. Delivered within 7–15 working days (official OlyLife policy). Your distributor will confirm timing for your country.
- Refunds. Retail purchases come with OlyLife's official money-back policy. Ask for the policy for your country before you order, because rules can differ.
- Payment. Some markets offer instalment options. Ask your distributor what is available where you live.
Keep your order number and any messages from the seller. If you need to return a device, those records make the process much easier.
How ordering works, step by step
- Choose your country. This sets your currency, your region fee and the products on offer.
- Pick your device. If you are not sure which one, the device finder can narrow it down.
- Check the total. Look at the device price, the region fee and the delivery terms together.
- Pay on the official checkout. Your payment goes to OlyLife, not to a stranger's account.
- Keep your records. Save the order number, the receipt and any messages.
- Check the box. When it arrives, make sure everything on the contents list is there.
A good distributor will help with each step and with your first session, but the payment itself stays on the official checkout.
What is in the box
Check the box contents when it arrives. The Tera-P90 comes with the unit, a remote control, a user manual and a power cord. The Tera-P90+ is a set with a foot unit, the Frost Age and Revitaluxe handhelds, a holder, a remote and a foot pedal. You can see more of the range on the Everyday essentials page.
If something is missing or looks different from the official photos, contact the seller at once.
Where to go next
Choose your country on the where to buy page to see your own price and fees. If you are still weighing the cost, the price vs the market page shows how OlyLife list prices compare with other PEMF devices. More guides are in value and buying.
