Getting started

Your first 90 days.

Just joined, or thinking about it? Here's a clear plan for your first three months — the steps to take, the rules to know, and how to share OlyLife with confidence, at your own pace.

Step by step

Eight steps, at your pace.

Four phases across 90 days

Day 1

Set up your account

Week 1

Learn the products and the rules

Weeks 2–4

Share the right way

Months 2–3

Train, review, decide

Day 1

Log in to your back office

Your back office is OlyLife's members' website. It's where you see your orders, your team, your bonuses and your wallets, and where the official plan and policies live. Log in, check that your name and contact details are right, and set a strong, unique password.

  • Save your member ID somewhere safe — you'll need it.
  • Never share your password, even with your sponsor.
  • Read the system notices on the home screen.

Day 1

Check your account and payout details

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, OlyLife needs to confirm who you are and how to pay you. Complete the identity check and payout set-up in your back office early, so nothing is held up later.

How getting paid works

Week 1

Use your own device first

The best way to talk about a product is to know it well. Use your device for a few weeks, read the manual, and learn the safe-use list by heart before you recommend it to anyone.

Week 1

Learn the compliance basics

OlyLife's own policies ban exaggerated or misleading claims, and members are responsible for what they post. These five rules keep you, your friends and your business safe.

No health claims.

Describe warmth, relaxation and massage. Never say a device fixes a condition or replaces a doctor.

No income claims.

Don't promise money, share bonus screenshots or talk about cars and travel. Explain the plan with the official rules and tools.

No withdrawn slogans or borrowed logos.

Use only current OlyLife branding. OlyLife has told members to remove old slogans and any third-party symbols from their posts.

Sell at the official price.

Selling below the official price breaks OlyLife's rules and can be fined.

Say who you are.

Always make clear that you're an independent distributor and that you earn a commission.

Example from the Malaysia Policies & Procedures:

Selling below the official price can be fined 3x the undercut value (Malaysia P&P)

Rules can differ by country. Find the version for your country in your back office.

Business FAQ

Weeks 2–4

Share the right way

Start with the people who already ask about your device. Talk about your own experience, show the price and the safe-use list, and let them decide. If someone only wants the device, that's a great outcome.

Do

Don't

  • Share how you use it and how it feels to you.
  • Point people to the safe-use list before they buy.
  • Explain that joining needs a device package and has real costs.
  • Give people time and accept a no.
  • Promise results, health or money.
  • Pressure friends or family.
  • Suggest anyone borrow money to join.
  • Recruit in countries where OlyLife isn't registered.

Countries and offices

Weeks 2–4

Use official materials

Share OlyLife's own photos, videos and product pages instead of making your own claims. If you write your own post, keep it to what you've experienced and add your distributor disclosure.

Some videos made by distributors, including older ones, contain claims you shouldn't repeat. When in doubt, ask me before you share.

Months 2–3

Go to training and events

OlyLife and distributor teams run product trainings, plan explanations and recognition events, online and in person. They're the fastest way to learn the products and the rules, and to meet the wider community.

Months 2–3

Review at day 90

Take stock of what you've spent, what you've received and what you've enjoyed. Then choose your pace for the next 90 days — keep building, slow down, or simply enjoy your device. Every choice is a good one.

  • What have I spent so far, including the region fee and any extra products?
  • What have I actually received in cash, separately from repurchase points and vouchers?
  • Am I enjoying this, and is it fair to the people I talk to?
