The basics

Five words that unlock the plan.

Pick a word to see where it sits on the tree.

PV

Point value. Every eligible purchase gets PV equal to 75% of its price. Bonuses are calculated on PV, not on price.

Leg

Your team has two sides: a left leg and a right leg. Everyone placed below you sits in one of them.

Level

A row of your tree. Level 1 is the two spots right under you, level 2 the four under those, and so on.

Sponsor

The person who personally referred someone. Your sponsor line can differ from where you are placed.

Placement

Where a new member sits in the binary tree: which leg, which level.

PV in action. A Tera-P90 costs $1,000. PV is 75% of the price, so that purchase is worth 750 PV.

Five rules decide where everyone lands in your tree.

One empty spot

Every new member is placed in one empty spot in your tree: on your left leg or your right leg.

First goes left

Your first personally sponsored member goes on your left leg.

Spillover counts

People placed below you by members above you also count in your legs. This is often called spillover.

Sponsor line is not placement

The Coaching Bonus follows who sponsored whom; the Tier, Group Sales and Team bonuses follow placement.

Your sponsor decides placement in the back office. Plan it together, because it shapes every leg.

Legs and levels

Each level doubles.^†

Level 1 has two spots, level 2 has four, level 3 has eight. Your package decides how many levels the Tier Bonus can reach, and the Group Sales Bonus counts volume from level 4 down.

Pairing

First left plus first right = a pair.^†

• On every new level, the first qualifying purchase on your left leg and the first on your right leg form a pair. The Tier Bonus pays 50% of the smaller of the two PVs, up to 50% of your own package's PV.

Matching and carryover

The weaker leg sets the pace.^†

• From level 4 down, purchases that are not Tier pairs add volume to each leg. Each day the plan matches the two legs one-to-one. You earn a percentage of the matched volume (the smaller leg), and the unmatched volume on the bigger leg carries forward with no expiry.
• Each package has a daily cap. If the bonus on a day's matched volume is above your cap, the part above the cap is not paid and that matched volume is used up. This is called flushing. Everything about the Group Sales Bonus
