Each rank holds a set number of pool shares. Ranks are lifetime and are reached by PV on both legs.

Pool size: 5% of global company revenue.
Timing: Yearly, expected in Q1 of the following year (not guaranteed).
Your portion = the pool divided by all shares, times your shares.
Ranks are lifetime; holding pool shares from year two needs the yearly upkeep below. No upkeep is needed in your first year.
