What is PEMF?
PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic fields. A coil inside the device creates a magnetic field that switches on and off in quick pulses. OlyLife combines PEMF with terahertz technology in devices like the Tera-P90, designed for relaxation and everyday wellbeing.
What does "terahertz" mean?
Terahertz is a band of electromagnetic waves that sits between microwaves and infrared light. OlyLife describes the terahertz band in its devices as 3–3000 µm and calls terahertz the "light of life". Those are OlyLife's own descriptions, not test results.
What's the difference between the Tera-P90 and the Tera-P90+?
The Tera-P90 is a foot device with PEMF and terahertz, intensity levels 1–10 and sessions of up to 30 minutes. The Tera-P90+ is a set: an upgraded foot platform with levels 1–20 and 20-minute sessions, plus two handhelds — Frost Age for your skin-care routine and the Revitaluxe massager for your neck, shoulders and more.
What comes in the box with the Tera-P90?
According to the official manual: the Tera-P90 unit, a remote control, a user manual and a power cord.
Can I buy Frost Age or the Revitaluxe on their own?
No. Frost Age and the Revitaluxe massager come only as part of the Tera-P90+ set.
Which other OlyLife devices are there?
Besides the Tera-P90 and Tera-P90+, OlyLife offers the Shaken Massager (a wearable massage belt), the Galaxy G-One (an eye massager) and the Vitality Wand (a handheld terahertz wand with warm air). There are also nutrition products.
Will it work with the power outlets where I live?
The official Tera-P90 specification is 220–240 V and 270 W. A 110 V version is sold by US distributors. OlyLife hasn't published power figures for the Tera-P90+. Ask me before you order so you get the right version for your country.
Is there a warranty?
The official Tera-P90 manual gives a warranty of 365 days from the date of purchase. For other devices, the terms can depend on your country — I'll confirm them for you before you order.
How does the price compare with other PEMF devices?
The Tera-P90's list price is a fraction of the price of some premium home PEMF systems. Devices differ in technology, intensity, size and regulatory status, so our comparison looks at price only, not results.

Sessions, comfort and care.
Is this a medical device?
No. OlyLife devices are general wellness products, not medical devices. They're designed for relaxation and everyday wellbeing and are not meant for any medical condition. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or use an implanted device, talk to your doctor before use.
Who shouldn't use OlyLife devices?
OlyLife's manual lists situations where you should not use the device and should talk to your doctor first — for example heart disease, pregnancy, infants and young children, and a pacemaker or any implanted electronic or metal device. Please read the full list on the safe-use page before your first session.
How long is a session?
Up to 30 minutes on the Tera-P90 and 20 minutes on the Tera-P90+. The device stops on its own when the time is up. On the Tera-P90, rest 20 minutes before another session, and the device pauses if your feet leave the plates for more than 10 seconds.
How often can I use it?
Follow the session time and rest time in OlyLife's manual. Start at a low intensity, keep within the set time, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. If you have a health condition, ask your doctor first.
What does a session feel like?
Users describe a gentle warmth from the plates and a quiet moment to unwind. Start at a low level; you can change the intensity any time from the panel or the remote.
Can the whole family use one device?
Yes, one person at a time, each keeping to the session time. Infants and young children should not use it — they are on OlyLife's do-not-use list.
Can I use it together with other devices?
Don't use other electrotherapy equipment at the same time. That's part of OlyLife's safe-use guidance.
How do I start my first session?
Sit comfortably, put your bare feet on the plates, choose a low intensity and let the timer run. The How to use page walks you through each step, and I'm happy to help you set up.

How do I buy through you?
Choose your country on the Where to buy page, then use my shop link. You pay OlyLife directly on its official checkout, and I'll help you with set-up and your first sessions.
Do I have to join to buy a device?
No. You can buy a device as a customer without joining anything. The business is a separate choice you can look at later — or never.
What currency are the prices in?
OlyLife's base prices are in US dollars. In countries with an OlyLife office, this site shows the official local price. Everywhere else you'll see US dollars, and your local price is confirmed at checkout.
What is the region fee?
OlyLife adds a region fee to cover shipping and tax. It depends on where you live and ranges from 0% to 15%. The Where to buy page shows the fee for your country.
How long does delivery take?
OlyLife's policy is delivery within 7–15 working days. I'll confirm the timing for your country before you order.
Can I return it?
Retail purchases come with OlyLife's 30-day money-back guarantee. If you need to use it, message me and I'll walk you through OlyLife's return steps.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment options exist in some markets (for example 3, 6 or 12 months with BCA in Indonesia). Ask me what's available where you live.
Are the cheaper "P90" devices on marketplaces the same thing?
No. Look-alike "P90" devices sold on marketplaces are not OlyLife products. Buy only through an authorized OlyLife distributor or the official OlyLife store.
Is OlyLife available in my country?
OlyLife has offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong, and is available through independent distributors in many other countries. Some products are sold only in certain countries. Pick your country on the Where to buy page to see what applies.

How joining works, in plain terms.
How does the OlyLife business work?
OlyLife pays bonuses on product sales made through your team. You start by buying a device package. Bonuses are paid 80% in cash and 20% in repurchase points you can't cash out. The plan pages show exactly how each bonus is calculated.
What does it cost to start the business?
Joining requires buying a device package. The packages shown on this site range from US$500 to US$6,000, plus the region fee for your country. According to the plan materials, there is no membership fee, no renewal fee, no autoship and no monthly volume requirement.
Can I start as a customer and decide about the business later?
Yes. You can buy a device now and look at the business later — or never. If you do join, packages can be upgraded later by paying the difference.
How are bonuses paid?
Bonuses are calculated daily. 80% goes to your cash wallet and 20% becomes repurchase points that can't be cashed out. How and when you can withdraw depends on your country — the official rules are in the OlyLife back office.
What happens to bonuses if an order is refunded?
Bonuses from that order are reversed, and a rank that was reached because of that order can be removed.
Is there a cooling-off period if I join?
In Malaysia, OlyLife's Policies & Procedures give a 10-day cooling-off period and a 30-day buyback of resaleable product. Rules can differ by country, so ask me what applies to you.
Can I join from any country?
Not everywhere. The business is offered only in countries where OlyLife operates or works through distributors. Check the Worldwide page or ask me about your country.

Who runs this website?
An independent OlyLife distributor — not OlyLife itself. Product facts, prices and policies come from OlyLife's official sources. I earn a commission when you buy or join through my links.
Why does the translation look a bit odd?
Most languages on this site are translated automatically. If anything is unclear, the English version is the reference. You can help improve a translation from the Languages page.
Does this site track me?
The site remembers your theme, language and country in your own browser. Analytics run only if I've switched them on, and videos load from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode only after you press play. The privacy policy has the details.
Are the photos and videos official?
The product photos are official OlyLife images, used with permission. Videos come from OlyLife's YouTube channels and from customers and distributors. Story videos are personal experiences, and results vary.
