Privacy policy
This website is run by Dominick Host, an independent OlyLife distributor. I'm responsible for the personal information collected on this site. This page explains what the forms collect, who receives it, why, how long I keep it, and how to ask me to delete it.
What the forms collect
When you use a form on this site (for example Ask me, a guide, the quiz, the cost report, the course, a join or shop link request, or a call request), I receive what you type:
- Your name and email address.
- Depending on the form: your phone or WhatsApp number, your country, the device you're interested in, a good time to talk, and your message.
- Your result, if you use a tool that lets you email it to yourself.
The form also sends a few details automatically, so I can reply properly and keep spam out:
- The page the form was on, and the page you first landed on.
- How you found the site: the address you came from, and any campaign tags in the link, such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign.
- Your time zone, browser language and screen size.
- How long the form was open. This helps block automated spam.
No form asks for payment details, passwords or health information. Please keep medical details out of your messages.
Who receives it
Your form goes to me, Dominick Host, the site owner and an independent OlyLife distributor. It is delivered by email through this site's own form script on its web host. Forms on this site send your details to me, not to OlyLife. I don't sell your information and I don't share it with advertisers.
Why I use it
- To answer your question and send what you asked for, such as a guide, a quiz result or a report.
- To follow up about the devices, or about the business if that's what you asked about.
- To keep the site secure and block spam.
- To see which pages lead to questions, so I can make them clearer.
I don't use your details for anything you didn't ask for.
Email updates and unsubscribing
Every form has a tick box where you agree to be contacted. For the guides, quiz, cost report, course and notes list, that means the item you asked for plus occasional follow-up emails from me. If you'd rather not receive emails, simply don't submit the form; you can always message me another way.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in my emails, or send a privacy request using the form at the bottom of this page, and I'll remove you.
How long I keep it
I keep your details for as long as I need them to help you or follow up on what you asked for, and I delete them when you ask. If you unsubscribe, I stop emailing you.
Asking me to delete your details
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Use the Ask me form in the Privacy requests and contact section below and say what you'd like. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
Other services this site uses
- Videos. Video thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers. The video player itself (youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode) only loads after you press play, and then YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
- Fonts. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- Orders. When you buy or join, you do it on OlyLife's own website, under OlyLife's privacy policy. My shop and join links only tell OlyLife that you came from me.
- WhatsApp, phone and email. If you tap one of those buttons, your message goes through that service and its own policy applies.
- Web host. Like every website, the web host keeps short-term server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
- Analytics. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Please don't send me information if you are under 18.
Cookies and browser storage
This site doesn't set advertising cookies. It keeps a few small settings in your own browser so it works the way you left it. They are never sent to me, except that a form you submit includes the landing page and campaign tags described above.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| oly-theme | Remembers light or dark mode. | Until you clear it |
| oly-attr | Remembers the page you landed on, where you came from and any campaign tags, so a form can include them if you send one. | Until you close the tab |
| oly-lead-done, oly-lb, oly-exit | Remember that you've used a form or seen a banner or pop-up, so the same one isn't shown again straight away. | Until you clear it |
You can clear these settings at any time in your browser. The site still works without them; it just won't remember your choices.
Terms of use
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information only, no medical advice
Everything here is general information about OlyLife products and the OlyLife business. It is not medical, financial, legal or tax advice. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using any device. Read the safe-use guide before you buy or use a device.
Prices and details
I take product details, prices and plan rules from OlyLife's official sources and show the date they were checked. OlyLife can change them at any time. The price and terms at OlyLife's checkout, and the official plan in the OlyLife back office, always apply.
Orders and joining
Orders and memberships are contracts between you and OlyLife, made on OlyLife's website under OlyLife's terms and policies. 30-day money-back guarantee on retail purchases (official OlyLife policy). I help you, but I am not the seller of record.
Business information
Pages about the business explain how OlyLife's plan works. They are illustrations, not promises. Read the earnings disclosure before you decide.
Links to other sites
This site links to OlyLife, YouTube, WhatsApp and other sites. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
