Performance Bonus: your referrals.
When someone you personally refer makes an eligible purchase, the plan pays you a percentage of its PV. It is the most direct bonus in the plan.

What it is
A share of each personal referral.
- The Performance Bonus (also called a direct or referral bonus) pays 10% of the PV of every eligible purchase made by someone you personally referred.
- PV is 75% of the purchase price, so the bonus is worked out on PV, not on the price. The plan sets no cap on it.

10% of PV
The bonus is 10% of the PV of each eligible purchase made by someone you personally refer.
PV is 75% of price
A Tera-P90 ($1,000) carries 750 PV; a Tera-P90+ ($1,500) carries 1125 PV.
Split 80% / 20%
Like every bonus, it is split 80% cash and 20% repurchase points.
A voucher for both of you
When the person you refer buys a package, you also receive a product voucher worth 50% of its PV, and so do they, to spend on OlyMall.net.

Is the bonus paid on the price or on PV?
On PV. PV is 75% of the eligible purchase price, and the bonus is 10% of that PV.
Is there a limit?
The plan sets no cap on this bonus. It is paid on every eligible purchase by your personal referrals.
Who counts as my personal referral?
Someone whose eligible purchase is recorded under you as their sponsor in the OlyLife back office. Where they are placed in the binary tree does not change this bonus.
How is it paid?
Like every bonus: 80% goes to your cash wallet and 20% becomes repurchase points for products.
Do the people I refer get anything too?
When they buy a package, they receive a product voucher worth 50% of its PV for OlyMall.net, and so do you.
