Switch on any that apply to you. Nothing you tap is saved or sent.
Do not use other electrotherapy equipment at the same time. Keep sessions within the device's set time (30 minutes for the Tera-P90, 20 minutes for the Tera-P90+) and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
Do not use OlyLife devices — and talk to your doctor first — if any of these apply:
- Heart disease
- Pregnancy, infants and young children
- Lung complications
- Impaired consciousness, or anyone unable to say whether something feels uncomfortable
- Body temperature above 37 °C (99 °F)
- Using life-sustaining equipment
- A bleeding tendency, including during menstruation
- Reduced sensitivity to heat (for example diabetic foot or disc herniation)
- A pacemaker or any implanted electronic or metal device

Sit and settle
Sit comfortably and place your bare feet on the plates.
Start low
Begin at a low level and go up one step at a time if you like. The Tera-P90 has levels 1–10; the Tera-P90+ has levels 1–20.
Keep to the set time
Sessions are up to 30 minutes on the Tera-P90 and 20 minutes on the Tera-P90+. The device ends the session on its own.
Rest between sessions
Tera-P90: Up to 30 minutes; rest 20 minutes before another session
One device at a time
Don't use other electrotherapy equipment during your session.
Listen to your body
If anything feels uncomfortable, stop the session.
