The Difference Between Tera-P90 and Tera-P90+ Explained

See the difference between Tera-P90 and Tera-P90+ side by side: session length, intensity levels, what is in the box and which handhelds come with each.

The Tera-P90 is one foot device. The Tera-P90+ is a set: an upgraded foot platform plus two handhelds, Frost Age and Revitaluxe. That is the main difference between Tera-P90 and Tera-P90+, and this post walks through the rest so you can see what each one gives you.

Both come from OlyLife. Both use pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) and terahertz technology in a foot session. They are built for relaxation and everyday wellbeing, and neither one is a medical device.

The short answer: one device or a set

Think of it this way. The Tera-P90 is the focused choice. You sit, put your bare feet on the plates, pick a level and let the timer run.

The Tera-P90+ does the same foot session, then adds more. It comes with a beauty handheld for your skin-care routine and a warm massager for your neck and shoulders. Everything docks beside the foot unit.

Here are the facts, all taken from OlyLife's own product information.

Two things stand out. The P90+ has more intensity levels, so you can step up or down in finer amounts. And its session is shorter, which suits a busy day.

What comes in each box

The Tera-P90 box is simple: Tera-P90 unit, Remote control, User manual, Power cord.

The Tera-P90+ box is bigger: Tera-P90+ foot unit, Frost Age beauty device, Revitaluxe massager, Dual-handle holder, Infrared remote, Foot pedal (fits up to EU size 47). The pedal on the P90+ is an upgrade for larger feet. For a piece-by-piece look, read what comes in the Tera-P90+ box.

What the handhelds add

Frost Age is a handheld beauty device. It is made for face, neck and décolletage routines. Revitaluxe is a different item: a warm, vibrating massager with magnetic fields and red light, made for areas like the neck and shoulders. Each handheld suits a different person, so you may reach for one far more than the other. For how to use either one, follow the user manual that comes with the device.

You cannot buy either handheld on its own. They come only with the Tera-P90+ set. You can read more about each on the Tera-P90+ page.

What the two have in common

Some things do not change between the two:

  • A foot session with bare feet on the plates
  • PEMF and terahertz technology
  • A built-in timer that ends the session on its own
  • Gentle warmth from the plates
  • One device the whole household can share, one person at a time

The same safe-use list applies to both. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant or have an implanted device, please talk to your doctor first.

Which one fits your home

Choose the Tera-P90 if you want one simple device and a calm foot session, and you do not need the extras. Its details are on the Tera-P90 page.

Choose the Tera-P90+ if you like the idea of feet, face and body routines from a single set that the household can share. Its price is higher because you get more in the box.

Power, size and warranty

The details differ a little between the two, so check them before you order.

  • Power: OlyLife's official figure for the Tera-P90 is 220–240 V · 270 W. A 110 V version is sold by US distributors. OlyLife has not published power figures for the Tera-P90+, so ask which version suits the outlets in your country.
  • Size: the Tera-P90 measures 379 × 123 × 371 mm. OlyLife has not published a size for the Tera-P90+.
  • Warranty: the Tera-P90 manual gives 365 days (official manual). For the Tera-P90+, the warranty is listed as 1 year (confirm with your distributor).

A dash in a spec table does not mean a feature is missing. It usually means OlyLife has not published that detail.

How a session feels

Users describe a gentle warmth from the plates and a quiet moment to unwind. That is true of both devices. You sit, put your bare feet on the plates, choose a low level and let the timer run. You can read, rest or talk while it does.

On the Tera-P90, OlyLife's spec reads: "Up to 30 minutes; rest 20 minutes before another session." The device also stops when you lift your feet: Pauses if your feet leave the plates for more than 10 seconds.

Cost once you own it

Both devices are a one-time purchase. There are no per-session fees once you own it. If you want to see what a session costs over time, the cost per session page does the math for you.
